There are plenty of qualitative market researchers out there. A lot of them have an MBA. So do I. Like me, many of them have chosen to specialize in medical market research. And some of them can match or better my 20-plus years in health care and managed care. So why use me, instead of someone else?

Simple: Beyond everything else, I absolutely love what I do. And it appears to be a chronic condition. Even after years on the road, I still love the flying, I love the funky hotel pillows, I love the buzz and hum of the city at 5:30 a.m. I even (sort of) love the last-minute d-guide revisions. I love serving my clients' needs and realize that what I'm really providing is service.
